SMT can provide you with both East and West SPF in all grades and products with an emphasis in lumber for industrial applications.

Plywood

We offer a complete line of all plywood grades, sizes and thicknesses. Our largest market is in industrial grades and also cut-to-size panels.

Hardwood

We sell a variety of hardwood products to furniture manufacturers, millwork shops, cabinet shops, pallet plants and a host of secondary manufacturers. We concentrate on products from the Southern and Appalachian regions and we also inventory 4/4 and 5/4 Poplar both air dried and kiln dried at our Virginia location.

Industrial Products

When it comes to industrial wood products, we are your one stop shop. We offer standard and cut-to-size panels, hardwood industrial grades, OSB, Plywood, Particle Board and lower-grade Southern Yellow Pine and Spruce.

Southern Yellow Pine

Our experienced team has been buying and selling Southern Yellow Pine for over 40 years. We have built strong relationships with the majority of Southern Pine producers, our customer base covers 85% of the United States and we excel in the industrial market.

Oriented Strand Board

We have traded OSB since it first came on the market. While our major emphasis is selling industrial grades to our industrial customers, we also supply a full line of all grades and thicknesses.

Floor Covering Products

We handle a large selection of floor coverings from solid wood flooring, laminates, tile, vinyl products and other specialized flooring products.

Specialty Misc. Items

With our team of 22 traders, we specialize in plastic products, overstock items, customer returns, buys backs and liquidation merchandise in a wide array of products.
